Project and process logic

How a project runs

A project has a written shape before the build starts. These steps are the whole path, from the first note to handover.

The sequential path

Five deliberate steps to verified software

  1. 01

    You write.

Send your name, your email, and what you need. That note is enough to start.

  2. 02

If it is a fit, there is a free scoping call.

The call is to understand the software, not to sell a package.

  3. 03

    You receive a written scope.

It includes what done means, agreed before the build.

  4. 04

The software is built to that scope.

During the build, each client gets live progress updates in a portal just for their project.

  5. 05

    The software is handed over.

Handover is the finished software, checked against what the scope said was done.

The finishing commentary

Done is not a feeling at the end. Done is what the written scope said was done, agreed before the build. Handover is the finished software, checked against that.

Capacity model

Integrated developers

Flexible engineering embedded directly within your engineering lifecycle.

A

What it is

An experienced engineer working inside your team on your backlog, your tools, and your release process, not a separate Delm-owned product build.

B

How it works

We agree scope and working rhythm on a free scoping call, then join your team for an agreed period. You keep product ownership, priorities, and production access; we contribute design, build, and delivery alongside your people.

C

How it differs from a delivered project

A delivered project is a fixed-scope outcome Delm owns end to end, with a defined deliverable and Delm-run delivery, handed over when done. Integrated developers means we plug into your existing team and ways of working; you remain the owner of the product and the roadmap.

Have a project in mind? That note is enough to start.

Write with your name, your email, and what you need.
