Written scope
Before any build, the scope names the software, what it must do, and what done means.
Delm Digital offers two paths. A delivered project is one piece of software at a time. The scope is written first. The price is fixed to that scope. You get a finished deliverable.
Integrated developers: An experienced engineer working inside your team on your backlog, your tools, and your release process, not a separate Delm-owned product build.
The work starts when you write. If it is a fit, there is a free scoping call. That call covers either path.
Before any build, the scope names the software, what it must do, and what done means.
The price is fixed to that written scope. There is no package list and no rate card.
Each client gets live progress updates in a portal just for their project.
When the scope is met, the finished software is handed over. That is the end of the project.
